Little tomato salads! Tomato salads are my favourite salads and I frequently tack one on to my meal to add colour and freshness. I made this little salad out of cherry tomatoes, fresh thyme, juice of half a lemon, olive oil, and salt and pepper and ate it with fried eggs, bacon, and a Siegel’s rosemary rock salt bagel; curled up on the couch with the latest issue of Lucky Peach and a cup of tea.
